1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 76db website and any related services, products, or applications made available through the platform. By accessing 76db — whether to browse, register, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the 76db Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, game-specific rules, or other supplementary documentation, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

76db reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 76db is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 76db operates a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 76db employee or business partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 76db or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

76db reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any funds wagered by a player subsequently found to be under 18 will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 76db services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 76db. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your details, contact support immediately.

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 76db is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 76db will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

76db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your relationship with the platform — not only at registration. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is finalised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

76db supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be available and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to someone other than the registered 76db account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited to your 76db balance within minutes; delays may occur during periods of high network traffic on the relevant payment rail.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's verification requirements. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Standard processing times are as follows:

Currency

All transactions on 76db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed throughout the platform use the ৳ symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳5,000). Currency conversion is not offered on this platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

76db regularly offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount. Deposits below the stated threshold will not activate the bonus.
• Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 76db reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 76db are subject to the specific rules governing that market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. General rules that apply across all products include the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the specific market rules explicitly permit bet editing.
• 76db reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error — for example, where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where a bet has been placed on an event after the relevant market has closed.
• In the event of a technical fault, interrupted connection, or system error during a live game session, 76db will use recorded game logs to determine the state of play at the time of the fault. The platform's determination based on those logs is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Limits vary by product and are stated within the relevant betting interface.
• 76db reserves the right to limit the stake size accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 76db covers domestic and international competitions including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral fixtures involving Bangladesh. Markets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply and are stated within the market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 76db platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on 76db, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the 76db platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law and where 76db does not offer services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 76db staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

76db is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligation to minimise gambling-related harm seriously. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play to prompt a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No deposits or bets can be placed during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of six months. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 76db platform — including but not limited to the 76db brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 76db or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 76db intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 76db for use on the platform. Players may not copy, extract, or redistribute game content in any form.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 76db shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption to service caused by factors outside the platform's reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, acts of God, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, even if 76db has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that may be subject to change without notice.

In all cases where 76db is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits 76db's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

76db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A player's request for self-exclusion.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 76db support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

76db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
